FIT TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONSTour Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. Blue Forest Travel Sdn Bhd hereinafter referred as “the company”. 1. Tour DepositMinimum deposit of RM500 per person must be paid as reservation fee. The balance payment must be made 14 days before the date of departure. Unless the company agrees to extend the deadline, failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit paid. 2. Tour ConfirmationThe company shall confirm the flight and ground arrangement status 7 days prior to the departure date or extend the deadline agreed by both the company and tour member. In the event of the company’s inability to confirm the tour booking by the agreed deadline, the company shall not be responsible for tour member’s own expenses incurred beyond the tour package prices quoted such as domestic flight, visa fee, transportation, accommodation etc. 3. Amendment ChargesUpon confirmation of the tour any subsequent made to the reservation are subjected to an amendment charge of RM50 per person per change. 4. Cancellation by tour members4.1 Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If the company receives the cancellation notice 30 working days or more before the date of departure, a minimum administrative fee of RM300 (or 10% of the tour fare, whichever is higher) per person will be levied. 5. Cancellation by the companyThe company reserves the right to cancel the tour and shall not liable to any compensation on the matters arisen beyond the company’s control such as act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia etc. The company shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours. Should any tour member decide not to accept the alternative tours, all moneys paid less the administrative fee chargeable minimum RM50, will be refunded to the tour member. 6. Tour Member’s ResponsibilitiesA tour member must have an international passport or other recognized travel documents which should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to country of origin; the necessary travel documents such as visa and vaccination and health certificates as required by the various authorities of the countries to be visited. Service charges and visa fees levied shall be borne by the tour member. 7. Company’s ResponsibilitiesThe company undertakes to advise tour members on what documentation is required; whenever possible, assist passengers in obtaining the necessary visa. However the company cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application. If for any reason, the application for visa or necessary exit permit is rejected before tour departs, a refund of tour fare will be made less administrative fee. |
